Where to find us: Take Route 12 North from Utica to Route 28 (turn off for Old Forge at Alder Creek).

We are 4.5 miles north of the village of Old Forge. Our sign is posted on Route 28 at the top of our driveway. Turn right at The Fulton House sign and follow our signs another one half mile to the end of the driveway.

What to bring: Sheets, pillowcases, towels (bath, beach, and kitchen), bathmat, kitchen and bath soap, food, paper and cleaning products, clear garbage bags, life preservers for children and non-swimmers, clothes for all weather, and a flashlight.

Our policies: A 50% deposit will confirm your reservation. The balance is due when you arrive.

If you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit, minus 10%, if we can re-rent the cottage (s) for the full rate. If the space is rented at a discount, the difference comes out of your deposit.

No pets.
No smoking inside the cottages or on the docks.
Cottage capacity cannot be exceeded day or night without permission; We charge $5 per day for each day guest and $15 per day for each overnight guest.
Payment is by cash or personal check. We do not accept credit cards. Money orders and travelers checks must be made out to us personally.
We charge $20 for returned checks.
